What does the installation fee cover?

The 2,000 EGP installation fee covers setting up PharmaSync on your pharmacy devices, migrating your existing data, and hands-on training for your team. If you choose the annual plan, the installation is completely free.

What exactly do I get with my subscription?

Every plan includes: 2 desktop apps for your cashier stations, 1 desktop app for remote supervisor monitoring, 1 mobile app for monitoring on the go, all PharmaSync features, regular software updates, and full technical support.

What if I need more than 2 cashier stations?

You can add extra desktop licenses for 100 EGP/month each. This is ideal for pharmacies with three or more cashier points or workstations.

Can I switch from monthly to annual later?

Yes. You can upgrade to the annual plan at any time. Your remaining monthly balance will be credited toward the annual subscription.

Is there a free trial or demo?

Yes. We offer a free personalized demo where we walk you through the system. You can also get a trial period to test PharmaSync in your own pharmacy before committing.

Does PharmaSync require internet to work?
