A pharmacy group does not need one database that stops when a branch loses the internet. Each branch should sell from its own computer, and you should see which branch has the item before you tell the customer it is gone.
- Search for the item across group branches and see the quantity
- Transfer quantity from a branch that has extra to a branch that needs it
- A supply request with items and quantities, with a status you can follow
- Route a customer order to a branch that can fill it
That is separate from moving stock between two stores inside one pharmacy. Daily selling at the branch does not wait for head office. An inspector account opens Group Center: which branches are online, and product, customer, and supplier search on online branches. Offline branches are left out of search. Opening a branch remotely works when that pharmacy computer is on and connected.
Is every branch one live stock number with no internet?
No. Each branch sells locally. Search and transfer between branches need a connection at the moment you coordinate.
