Turn on ETA when you are ready. Send the receipt after each order, or hold it for the end of the day when the internet is unstable. Selling continues if sending waits.

Balance payment with the receipt
The template shows the amount paid and the balance before and after. If the receipt image cannot be attached, the text still sends.
Read WhatsApp chats and reply inside the program
See customer messages on the computer you choose, prepare a reply from their text, and review it before it goes out. Order, delivery, return, and balance-payment messages stay on the same account.

Sign in on the main computer
Open WhatsApp from the sidebar, scan the code with the pharmacy phone, and leave the window open while messages go out.

Prepare a reply from the customer’s message
Select the text and choose Prepare reply: available, unavailable, or your own words. Nothing sends by itself.

Review, then send
The reply lands in the compose box. Edit it, then press Send when it is ready.
Messages are not sent through the official WhatsApp API. Use a number dedicated to customer messages from the app.
