Overview

WhatsApp in PharmaSync sends a message to a client, doctor, employee, or supplier from the pharmacy account without leaving the program. Sign-in and sending run on the main computer: open the WhatsApp window, scan the code from the pharmacy phone, and leave the window open while messages go out. A secondary device can record a message, and the main device sends it. Order, delivery, and return messages can be reviewed first or sent automatically, and automatic sends can attach the receipt image. Follow-up messages from repeated orders and from clients or doctors who need attention always open for review. This path does not use the official WhatsApp API. Use a WhatsApp number dedicated to these customer messages.

Key Capabilities

1

Sign in once on the main computer and send from the pharmacy account

2

Templates for completed orders, delivery, returns, and follow-up

3

Review the text, or send order messages automatically with the receipt

4

WhatsApp buttons on client, doctor, employee, and supplier files

Why This Feature Matters

Tell the customer the order, delivery, or return is done without retyping the number

Reach clients and doctors who need attention from the same follow-up lists

Keep a person in the loop: automatic send is off until you turn it on

Slow bulk sending so a dedicated pharmacy number is less likely to be pushed too fast

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. Messages leave from a WhatsApp account you sign in on the main computer. They are not sent through the official WhatsApp API. Use a number reserved for pharmacy customer messages.
Can messages send without me opening each one?
Only for order, delivery, and return after you turn on both Send and Automatic. Messages from a person’s file, repeated orders, and attention lists always open for review.
Does it work on every cashier computer?
The WhatsApp window and sign-in are on the main device. A secondary device can queue a message, and the main device sends it.
What if I message many people at once?
After more than 8 different numbers within 5 minutes, the program asks before it continues. Automatic send switches to review at that limit.
