PharmaSync's Client Attention Alerts feature ensures that management never needs to manually check who needs follow-up. The system continuously monitors every client's purchasing activity and automatically sends a push notification when one or more clients cross the attention threshold — whether due to a significant drop in orders, a long period of inactivity, or a combination of both. Notifications are delivered to the pharmacy owner and designated managers through the in-app notification center, with a summary showing the list of affected clients and the reason for the alert. A direct link takes you straight to the Clients Needing Attention page where you can see the full detail and take action. This means the retention workflow becomes proactive rather than reactive — your team is alerted automatically instead of discovering client attrition during monthly reviews.
