Overview
Doctors Needing Attention mirrors the client retention tool but focuses on the referral side of the business. It automatically identifies doctors whose referral volumes or values have declined compared to the previous equivalent period, so medical representatives know exactly who to visit next. Each doctor receives an attention score derived from the percentage drop in orders, the percentage drop in referral value, and the number of days since their last associated order. The score maps to a colour-coded level — Critical, High, Medium, or Minor — for instant visual triage. Reps can open a doctor's profile, send a WhatsApp message, or call directly from the table row, eliminating the need to switch between tools. A summary section at the top shows the count of doctors at each attention level, giving management a quick health-check on the referral network.
