Overview

Clients Needing Attention is a proactive retention tool that automatically identifies clients whose purchasing behaviour has changed for the worse. Rather than waiting for clients to disappear, the system scores each client based on the percentage drop in orders and value compared to the previous equivalent period and the number of days since their last purchase. Each client receives an attention level — Critical, High, Medium, or Minor — so your sales team can triage their follow-up list without any manual analysis. Recovered clients (those who have returned after a gap) are also surfaced and celebrated. From the table, reps can open a client's full profile, send a WhatsApp message, or place a phone call with a single tap — turning insight directly into action. A summary KPI row at the top of the page shows the breakdown by attention level across the entire filtered set.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the attention level determined?
The system calculates an attention score from the order drop percentage, value drop percentage, and inactivity days, then maps the score to Critical, High, Medium, or Minor thresholds.
What does 'Recovered' mean?
A client labelled Recovered had a significant drop in a previous period but has since resumed purchasing, indicating the follow-up was successful.
Can I set the minimum drop % threshold?
Yes — the Min Drop % filter lets you focus only on clients with a meaningful decline, filtering out minor fluctuations.
