The most valuable customer is not always the name you remember. It is the one whose order count and value are higher in the period you choose, with returns visible beside the sales.
In PharmaSync, Clients → Top Buyer Clients ranks customers in a period and compares them with the previous period of the same length. The default filter is last month. You can change the range or search for one client.

Open the row for client details. There is a tab for the products they bought most. Use the page for regular buyers, and for someone who dropped suddenly.
Is value the single biggest invoice?
No. The page totals the period: count, value, and returns, then compares it with the previous period.
