Overview

When a customer needs an item you cannot hand over yet, reserve it in their name: product, selling unit, quantity, and a note. The reservation stays waiting, with the customer’s phone on the list, until you mark it fulfilled or cancel it. You can also set it back to waiting. When that product is later added on a purchase or an opening balance, PharmaSync warns that it is reserved and shows who is waiting, so staff can call them before the item is sold to someone else. Waiting reservations are counted on the dashboard. A reservation does not remove the product from stock.
